RETURNS
To qualify for a return, please make sure to postmark your return within five (5) days of the purchase date. All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS

Email our customer service team at hello@silverbackstripes.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once you have the RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging.

Ship your return back to us.
You can also use the prepaid shipping label included with your package. We cover the return shipping charges.
REFUNDS
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly process your return or exchange. Please allow up to four (4) days from the receipt of your item for the process to be completed. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
